The Midori 1000SA is designed as the most flexible configurations from the basic to the advanced functions, it helps our customer to select the best configuration with the lowest price to meet their own requirement.

The single testing is also selected by the customers, especially Midori 1000SA can integrated any collimators (and any filters (6-8 positions for filters and collimator from 0.2mm to 10mm or even up to 12mm).

The midori 1000SA is the Excellent tool to test phosphorus P, S and Cl in ABS, PP, HDPE, LDPE, etc …

PRODUCT FEATURES

THE NOZOKARI^TM SOFTWARE

1. The Nozokari software for RoHS testing called Super RoHS is our latest version with various new features and “unique function” to meet all requirements from our customers.

2. This Super RoHS software package allows the user to perform Bulk + Foil analysis.

3. The new integrated framework uses a workflow-based approach to guide the user through setup and analysis.

4. The modern software interface was designed with touch screen technology in mind for both ease of use and improved visual display.

THE NOZOKARI^TM FEATURES

1. The Nozokari^TM software with flexible licenses for different applications from RoHS testing, Precious metal testing, Coating thickness, etc…

2. Allows for the simultaneous measurement of interlayer composition and film thickness of up to 8 layers.

3. Built in the full correction for losses due to attenuation in air, detector windows, contact and dead layers, the detector’s active volume, and filters inserted between the tube and sample or between the sample and detector.

4. Fundamental parameter analysis can be based on calibration from a single or multi-element standard, multiple standards, or no standards.

5. Fundamental parameter calculations are based upon the Sherman equation, and modern fundamental-parameter databases such as LSQ, SIR-FP, FP, FP Plus Smart AI algorithm for both thickness and composition of multilayer bulk and thickness.

6. Standard configuration is Built in the Auto-Filter (6 positions) and the Auto-Collimator (8 positions from 0.2mm to 8mm and 10-12mm as an option).
